Plot summary
The film, made in partnership with Formula 1 and its ten teams, tells the story of Sonny Hayes (Brad Pitt), a retired Formula One driver, who is brought back to the sport by team owner Ruben (Javier Bardem). His mission is to mentor and race alongside rookie prodigy Joshua "Noah" Pearce (Damson Idris) for the Apex Grand Prix (APXGP) team, which is struggling to survive. The story focuses on their rivalry and their attempt to turn the team's fortunes around.
